If any details, such as purchase (installation) date, customer name or sales outlet (installation company) name are missing, this warranty will become invalid. Be sure to check, and if there are blanks, please inquire at the sales outlet where you purchased the product (installation company that installed the product), or attach your warranty.
This document will not be reissued. Please store it carefully.

【Free Repair Provisions】
Please read the user manual again and check before submitting your request.
- Repairs will be conducted free of charge if a product malfunctions during the warranty period, provided that it has been maintained in good condition and used correctly in accordance with instructions in the user manual and on labels, etc.
- Please contact VERSE OFFICE for repair requests and consultation.
- Repairs will be charged in the following cases, even within the warranty period.
- Product failure or damage due to use or maintenance errors, or improper repairs or alterations
- Product failure or damage due to use with water from hot springs, greywater, or non-drinkable well water
- Product failure or damage due to moving of the product from the installation point or dropping and the like associated with that movement, following purchase (installation)
- If damage is caused by something other than the product, or fire, earthquake, flooding, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution and the like, or other accident
- Defects caused by abnormal voltage in electrical products, use of undesignated power sources, (voltage/frequency) or external interference, etc.
- Product failure or damage due to deterioration of expendable parts
- Defects caused by work that is not performed in accordance with work manuals etc., or moving, disassembly, or modification and the like carried out by non-specialized contractors
- Product defects caused by non-product issues such as warping of building frame (lack of strength, distortion) etc., or defects in external appearance from surface finish or fading etc. over time, or those caused by wear and tear from use
- Defects caused by corrosive air quality from areas near coasts or hot springs, etc.
- Defects caused by acts of rats, insects or other animals
- Defects caused by influx of foreign matter such as sand, debris, or rust on water supply and hot water pipes, or buildup of water stains
- Product failure or damage caused by water not being drained from products designed for cold climates, or freezing of products not designed for cold climates
- If this document is not presented
- If the purchase (installation) date, customer name, sales outlet (installation company) name are not entered on this document, or if the terms have been rewritten
- Products used for commercial purposes are not covered under the warranty.
- Products covered under warranty may be replaced with equivalent products if it is determined by our company that those parts cannot be replaced.
- If our company determines that a faulty product cannot be repaired or exchanged, we will refund the value of the product covered under warranty up to the value of the purchase price.
- We will not exchange old products or old parts replaced due to repair, regardless of whether a fee was charged or not.
- This document is valid only within Japan.
